Reiki is universal life force energy. As a Reiki Master Teacher, I help direct that energy to where you need it, along the chakras and through the body. This helps to clear any blockages created by stagnant energy so things can flow again!

I truly believe that if we’re not taking care of our emotional and spiritual energy, it will eventually manifest in the physical to get our attention! Each month, our group Reiki sessions might have a specific focus if it feels right. I also plan to include a monthly meditation in the future, available to all levels!
